American Airlines Executive. 10,000 QM with $40,000 spend. $450 annual fee, includes Admiral Club Access

American Airlines Aviator Silver. 10,000 QMs with $40,000 spend, or 5,000 QMs with $20,000 spend. $50,000 spending earns $6,000 in “qualifying dollars”, or $25,000 spending earns $3,000 QD. $195 annual fee, available as upgrade from Aviator Red.

Delta Reserve. 30,000 QMs with $60,000 spend in a calendar year, or 15,000 QMs with $30,000 spend.  An additional 10,000 QMs on first purchase, when you first get the card. $25,000 spending waives normal “qualifying dollar” requirements, for all but the highest level of status. You can’t earn QMs from both the personal and business version of this card, but you can combine QMs between the Delta Platinum and Reserve cards. You can also transfer the QMs to another user's account, allowing a couple to build up large amounts of qualifying miles in a single member's account. $450 annual fee, includes SkyClub access.

Delta Platinum. 20,000 QMs with $50,000 spend in a calendar year, or 10,000 QMs with $25,000 spend. 5,000 MQMs as part of signup bonus. $25,000 spending waives normal “qualifying dollar” requirements, for all but the highest level of status. You can’t earn QMs from both the personal and business version of this card, but you can combine QMs between the Delta Platinum and Reserve cards. Unlike the Reserve version, QMs can NOT be transferred to another account. $195 annual fee, includes companion certificate.

Southwest Premier. 1,500 QMs for each $10,000 in spending, up to $100,000. You can earn additional QMs from the business version of the card. $99 annual fee.

United Executive / United Club. No way to earn qualifying miles, but $25,000 in spending waives normal “qualifying dollar” requirements, for all but the highest level of status. $95 annual fee. You get the same benefit with the premium United Club card. $450 annual fee with United Club access.

JetBlue. Earns Mosaic status with $50,000 spend (but you won’t get the normal 15,000-point bonus that you earn by qualification the normal way). $99 annual fee.

Air France KLM. 60 XP (Experience Points) upon approval, plus 20 XP each anniversary year that you spend at least $15,000.

United with SPG Luxury Card. Spend $75,000 on the card and receive Marriott Platinum status, which will give you automatic low-level status with United Airlines. $450 annual fee, but includes a $300 Marriott credit, annual free night certificate (good for hotel rooms that would normally cost up to 50,000 points), as well as other perks and very valuable Marriott Platinum benefits. If you already have the no longer available for new signups Ritz Carlton card, you can receive the same Marriott Platinum / United Airlines status by spending $75,000 on that card.

Frontier. Every dollar you spend on the credit card counts for one status qualifying mile. You can spend your way to whatever status level you want. The card is a great way for semi-frequent Frontier flyers to make sure they get to the next status level.
